- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had my taxes done at an H&R Block before and have liked the service. This location however, was terrible customer service. It's like the lady didn't want to actually do work that day. She told me I couldn't do certain things and was even going to have me pay the health penalty. To process my taxes it would have been $300 bucks at their office. I told her I would do them on my own. I did Turbo Tax online for $55 and got back more than she calculated and didn't have to pay the health penalty. I don't think she was aware of what she was doing or she was just lazy. But I won't go back to this location or and H&R Block for that matter when their are better alternatives.By TJ MsArtemis, April 23, 2017
