  Don't do business with this company. I needed a short term loan and asked them what it would cost for one month. She quoted me about $130. Come to find out this was their interest rate. I went to pay it off in about a week and it cost over $100. Was writing my check to pay it off and she tells me she won't accept my check. As I was arguing my points of why she could take my check she actually started crying! Real professional, huh? One of my points was that they did not have my title back from the State yet so they would have to mail it to me. So if they could not give me my title back that day what was the problem of taking my check?? Finally I gave up and had to make a special trip to the bank for a cashier's check. They promised that as soon as my title came back it would be mailed to me. Three weeks later and still no title. I call them only to find out they have been sitting on my title for Lord only knows how long. When I asked her why it wasn't mailed her response was " I don't know " I would never go back to this company again even if I was starving to death. Do your self a favor and don't ever walk through their doors, believe me you will regret it.

  I got a loan and was making payments every month when my car got impounded by the police. I called TitleMax and told them about it and the gentleman was nice and asked if they could be of assistance. I said no and I will get my car in a week or so. "No problem" he said. When I went to pick my car up with the 300.00 it cost, they told me it was already taken. I called TitleMax. They said it is their policy to take the car when it is impounded. They were notified and never was it said my car would be repoed. They even offered to help me. They charged me 900.00 to get my car back. Now I am 13 days late on my payment because of that. They said they are going to repo it again. These people are liars and crooks do not do business with them.
